Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payments: All programs, workshops, courses, or webinars must be paid in full to guarantee a place. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking after your payment has been processed. Payments can be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal invoice (upon request.)
  2. Cancellations:
    * One-on-one consultations: Katie Webber requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment, Katie Webber reserves the right to charge 100% of the cost.
    * Programs, workshops, and courses (In person and Online): There is a seven-day refund period from the time of booking. All cancellations for programs, workshops, and courses must given in writing. No other refund applies outside this seven-day refund period.
    Exceptions to the refund period include the following:

    • All payments made on or after seven days before the start day of any program, workshop, or course are 100% non-refundable.
    • No refund will be given once the workshop, course, or webinar commences.
    • No refund will be issued during the nominated workshop, course, or webinar.
    • Participants may nominate an alternative person to attend up to 24 hours before the start of the event at no extra charge.
    • If a participant joins mid-way through the workshop, course, or webinar, the seven-day refund does not apply. It is the responsibility of the participants to bring themselves up-to-date by reading missed course content and viewing recorded webinars.

    By booking and submitting the payment, the participant agrees to the refund terms & conditions.

  1. Cancellation/Postponement of Programs, Workshops, Courses or Webinars:  In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the program, workshop, course, or webinar be cancelled, postponed, or the dates changed, Katie Webber will not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the participant. If by re-arrangement or postponement, the course can still take place, the booking between the delegate and Katie Webber shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in paragraph 2.
  1. Alterations to Workshop, Course or Webinars: Katie Webber reserves the right to change the workshop, course, or webinar program, venue, and timings.
  2. Recording: The webinars will be recorded for participants who cannot attend live webinars. Participants who do not wish to have their voice recorded should advise the organisers by email before the event: . This section will be omitted before being posted to the group page as a recording.
  3. Data Protection: By submitting registration details, participants agree to allow Katie Webber to contact them regarding their services. Participants who do not wish to receive such communications please email .
    Your security is very important to us. Your registration details will not be shared with any third party other than secure payment avenues such as PayPal. Your details are kept in the Site’s database and will only be used in conjunction with Katie Webber.
  4. Websites & Links: The course and webinars associated with Katie Webber’s website may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which Katie Webber takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for the contents of any website linking to the website of Katie Webber.
  5. Insurance: It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance on the course, whether it be in person or online. Katie Webber cannot be held liable for any loss, liability, or missed coursework. 

    By booking and initiating payment, the participant agrees to the above Terms & Conditions during the nominated program, workshop, course, or webinar.
