Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations, programs, workshops, courses, webinars, events, and membership groups facilitated by Katie Webber, whether delivered in person or online. By booking, enrolling, or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Payments
- All services, programs, workshops, courses, and webinars must be paid in full to secure a place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments may be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal invoice (upon request).
2. Cancellations and Refunds
a) One-on-One Consultations
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend, may incur a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.
b) Programs, Workshops, Courses & Webinars (In Person and Online)
- A seven (7) day cooling-off / refund period applies from the date of booking.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Exceptions to the seven-day refund period:
- Any booking made within seven (7) days of the start date is 100% non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued once a program, workshop, course, or webinar has commenced or digital content has been accessed.
- No refunds apply for non-attendance or partial attendance.
- Participants may nominate a substitute attendee up to 24 hours prior to commencement at no additional cost.
- Where a participant joins part-way through a program, the seven-day refund period does not apply.
By booking and submitting payment, you expressly agree to these refund and cancellation terms.
3. Consultation Package Completion Timeframes
- Consultation packages must be completed within the timeframe stated on the consultation sales page at the time of purchase (for example: 6 x 60-minute sessions over 1–2 months or 12 x 60-minute sessions over 8 months).
- Package timeframes commence from the date of the first scheduled session, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Any sessions not used within the allocated timeframe are forfeited, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- Extensions are not guaranteed and may be granted only at the sole discretion of Katie Webber under exceptional circumstances.
4. Course, Program & Workshop Completion Timeframes
- Online courses, in-person courses, workshops, and programs must be completed within the stated delivery or access period outlined at the time of enrolment.
- Where lifetime or extended access is not expressly stated, access is limited to the advertised program duration.
- Failure to attend live sessions, complete coursework, or access recordings within the allocated timeframe does not entitle participants to refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or extensions.
5. Cancellation, Postponement or Changes by Katie Webber
- Katie Webber reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any service, program, workshop, course, or webinar if required.
- Katie Webber is not liable for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred by participants as a result of such changes.
- Where a program is rescheduled and proceeds, the original booking remains valid.
6. Program Alterations
- Katie Webber reserves the right to make reasonable changes to content, facilitators, venues, delivery format, schedules, or timings where necessary.
7. Code of Conduct and Right of Removal
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
- Katie Webber reserves the absolute right, at her sole discretion, to remove or exclude any participant from any consultation, workshop, webinar, program, course, event, membership group, or online space without refund if their behaviour is deemed to:
- Disrupt the group or learning environment
- Compromise the emotional, energetic, or physical safety of others
- Undermine the integrity, purpose, or values of the space
- Involve harassment, intimidation, inappropriate communication, or boundary violations
8. Right to Work with Parties in Relationship & Withdrawal of Services
- Katie Webber reserves the right to work with individuals who are in a relationship with one another (including but not limited to partners, former partners, family members, or business associates).
- Katie Webber reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to decline or withdraw services from any party at any time where she determines that continuing to provide services may compromise professional boundaries, ethical considerations, neutrality, safety, or the integrity of the work.
- Withdrawal of services under this clause may occur without prior notice.
9. Recordings
- Online sessions and webinars may be recorded for participant access.
- Participants who do not wish to have their voice included must notify Katie Webber in writing prior to the event.
- Every reasonable effort will be made to record live webinars and provide access to those recordings for participants who are unable to attend. However, recordings are dependent upon technology and, on rare occasions, technical issues may prevent a recording from being successfully captured or made available. In such circumstances, Katie Webber cannot guarantee access to a recording and is not required to repeat or re-record the webinar. Participants are encouraged to attend live sessions whenever possible.
10. Intellectual Property
- All materials, content, recordings, handouts, worksheets, videos, course materials, membership content, and intellectual property provided by Katie Webber remain the property of Katie Webber unless otherwise stated.
- Materials are provided for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, published, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Katie Webber.
11. Memberships
- Membership subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Members may cancel future renewals at any time; however, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for the current membership period.
- Access to membership content, recordings, resources, and benefits will continue until the end of the paid membership term unless otherwise stated.
- Katie Webber reserves the right to modify membership content, offerings, schedules, or benefits at any time.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
- By registering, you consent to being contacted by Katie Webber regarding services and offerings.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties except secure payment providers.
13. External Links
- Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.
- Katie Webber accepts no responsibility for external content.
14. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
- All services are provided for personal growth, self-awareness, education, and spiritual exploration only.
- Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
- Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own responsibility.
15. Force Majeure
- Katie Webber will not be liable for any delay, interruption, postponement, rescheduling, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond her reasonable control.
- These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, illness, injury, natural disasters, severe weather events, power outages, internet or technology failures, government restrictions, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
16. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, enrolling, or submitting payment, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
